In line with these measures, walking streets around Hoan Kiem lake, in addition to adjacent areas such as Hang Dao and Hang Gai streets, Dong Xuan night market, and a further six streets throughout the Old Quarter, will open to the public from 7 p.m. on September 18.

Local people will be required to wear face masks and maintain a safe distance when possible during their visit to the area on the weekend. VOV
