20,000 people queue to have samples taken for nCoV testing
More than 20,000 people in Phu Tho Hoa Ward in Tan Phu District in HCM City on June 29 waited in line to have samples taken for nCoV testing in a large-scale screening campaign.

At Le Anh Xuan Secondary School, the sample collection began at 8.30 am, but there were still people seen queuing for their turn at 11 am.
All people living in Phu Tho Hoa Ward are being tested. Tan Phu District is listed as a high-risk area in HCMC as many infection cases have been discovered.
Nguyen Van Hien in Phu Tho Hoa Ward said the process is quick and he did not feel pain. “I feel secure as I have been given a screening test."
HCM City has launched a large-scale screening campaign to test 5 million people throughout the city. It expects that 500,000 samples will be taken every day.
The city is speeding up antigen rapid testing to promptly trace infection cases.
The sampling is being carried out in many other wards of Tan Phu district.
