Nguyen Van Duong, a Xe Om driver from Hanoi, says the hot spell has made his work even harder. Due to the heat, he is forced to don a long coat while travelling on the city’s roads in an attempt to avoid the scorching sun. Indeed, he even decided to rest between the hours of 11am to 3pm to protect his own health.
