Tien Minh misses chance to compete at SEA Games 30 

 

 

Le Thanh Ha, Head of Badminton Department of the National Sports Administration, said on November 27 that the Vietnamese badminton player is suffering from a thigh muscle injury and yet to recover leading to his nonattendance at the tournament.

Therefore, Nguyen Hai Dang, the 19-year-old player will be the only Vietnamese representative to compete in men’s singles event at SEA Games 30.

Meanwhile, Nguyen Thuy Linh and Vu Thi Trang are considered as key female players on Vietnamese badminton team to vie in women’s singles and doubles’ events.
