It also includes an image of a dove which implies peace and national independence, along with some patterns representing the country’s achievements in economy, industrialisation and modernisation under the Party’s leadership.

Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Pham Anh Tuan said the stamp will help improve public awareness of the Party and affirm the Party’s role, prestige, leadership capacity, combat strength and faithfulness to the nation’s interests over the past nine decades.

The stamp measures 43mm by 32mm and has a face value of VND4,000 (US$0.2). It is available on the public postal network from January 31, 2020 to February 31, 2021. — VNS
