The event is scheduled to take place from October 23- 26 at the Park Hyatt Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City.

Passion Week is part of the Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine, a series of sophisticated culinary and beverage experiences for guests that are hosted at Park Hyatt locations globally.

During the four-day event, a number of exciting master classes will be conducted by internationally acclaimed artists, in addition to exclusive dining experiences put on by Michelin Star Chefs. This unique occasion offers guests the chance to enjoy an entire week full of beautiful art and inspirational gastronomy.


Visitors will also have the chance to attend a number of exclusive workshops, where they will gain insights into the remarkable skills and knowledge of famous experts in the fields of art, food, and wine.

In addition to these workshops, a number of master classes regarding floral design, photography, mixology, and vintage watches, will also be held throughout Passion Week.

Furthermore, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy four lunches and four gala wine dinners, all created and catered for by world-renowned Michelin Star Chefs.

Each night guests will be invited to a cocktail reception in which they will be able to mingle with distinguished chefs, view them as they create exquisite dishes through an open kitchen, and share memorable stories with them during dinner.
