The event will be jointly held between the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, alongside the Cambodian Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, with the aim of promoting friendship and co-operation activities between people from both countries.

The week will see a wide range of activities take place, most notably an exhibition featuring pieces on Cambodian culture, including 50 photographs on Cambodia’s architectural and cultural heritage, which will open at the Can Tho museum at 4pm on November 19.

In addition, a music gala to kick off Cambodia Culture Week will get underway at 7pm on the same day.

The organisers of the event will also be putting on tours for visitors to Can Tho with the purpose of introducing sightseeing spots to foreign friends.

The event will provide the perfect opportunity in which Vietnamese people can discover more Cambodia, its culture, and people. VOV
