Whenever the Mid-Autumn Festival arrives, the area encompassing the junction of Tran Hung Dao - Luong Nhu Hoc are brightened by colourful decorations and lanterns, attracting hundreds of people who go to the street to sightseeing or take photos.

This year, hand-made and paper lanterns are more popular than modern alternatives. The area is often packed with people and the number of visitors only falls after 10 pm.
